The jury's still out right? I know during the pandemic, when that happened, a lot of compani's pulled out performance management. So i would say though, that looking at different feetback neck mechanisms has really been important for a lot of companies to think about how we constantly get that wheel going and build that culture. And then constantly checking in and leveraging those one on ones as check points, you know, i think that's really, really important to have that constant dialogue around that.
