Is Twitter Going Bankrupt?
CNN's John Sutter and his editor have not seen the loan documents themselves. Experts I spoke to from my reporting made some educated guesses about what's in those documents based on pledges and covenants that are in virtually all similar loan documents. If Twitter misses a payment, these loans probably give almost certainly give the banks the right to accelerate the full principle - which means demand repayment immediately.
