How Can Organizations Lead by Example in the Face of White Supremacy?
i gave a talk not just simply from my observance, but also my level of gagement. My background, for people who don't know, is in hospitality and i management. And that is something that i have brought with me into this movement,. especially when i run my organization, black non believers. There are just things that we may not realize that we're doing that upholds principles of whiht supremacy even when we're trying to do the right thing.
