Most native speakers are spoiled by the fact that english is the lingua franke. They don't really know what it feels like to be in a meeting, trying to do it in another language. A lot of native speakers have got no idea what er these non native speakers are actually going through. And we need to remember that most native English speakers simply have never had that feeling.
