About 20 percent of the pentagons budget is spent on buying stuff. The navy has one, uh, but it's a shipwreck And as opposed to train wreck Their fleet goal was 355. It's varied anywhere from 305 50 in the past 24 months,. But the reality is they have about 300 ships now Uh, they're about half wave to retirement and really need to rebuild their infrastructure.
