Is There a Big Opportunity to Get the Most Bang for the Buck on the Climate Side?

In Massachusetts you have a new Democratic governor who is likely to focus more on transportation. You have a new governor in Maryland where the old governor did some horrible things. And don't forget Maryland also the rain tax as well yeah stuff like that. In New York I mean the governor is in control the MTA. So there's a real opportunity to really laserly focus especially folks within the climate community of how do we make sure that we're elevating climate in that transportation work.
