When you see it set up out these images, just go one by one and question those images because that's where this thing about disapproving that is coming from. The ego will take all that enlightenment and just chew it up. And till finally, you're doing like just maintenance, the ego's job is to override awareness. So it's a practice. It's a daily practice. Life will give you every reason you need to stay in the practice. Your father, your mother, the people in your life, the world, the weather. Yeah. We'll give you your next worksheet.
