The Role of the Private Sector in Digital Learning

The private sector has long had a role in developing content right for students to use whether it's textbooks or an online instructional program like Jennifer was describing too. Technology developers make assumptions about you know students capabilities for interacting with those tools and about where they are let's see on grade level. In large urban school districts is that students at a given grade level maybe all over the place in terms of their ability to use those tools. It takes a whole lot more effort to actually deliver quality instruction and equitable access to instruction then comes with any training that is with the tools.
