Is There a Shift in the Mindset of DoorDash Employees?
Our equation at DoorDash has always been about maximizing total long-term profit dollars. So organically, what that means is we have to make sure that our investments are the right amount for the right stage of that project. On the inorganic side, we have a very, very high bar for M&A. No one's achieved that yet. We feel like we have a great opportunity at winning that moniker one day,. But it's very, very early stages and we're hoping to attract people who are attracted by that long-term mission.
