I think we still kind of use a similar outline, but the language might be a little bit different. So for example, for the introduction, part one, I would say like, oh, you've reached the phone of Michelle Kaplan,. Or I might even say you've reach the desk of. Have you ever heard that? That sounds very professional. Mm hmm. What about part three for the business message? Well, of course, we want to give a plan of action.
