Over a three year period of consistent proper resistance training, you can expect for that reference man with 62 pounds of muscle, he could expect to double his muscle mass. If your capacity was to increase your total body stores by double or by 30% even, then taking doses far above what you could get from food would be able to be effectively retained for quite some time.
