The Tank Bot - A Great Way to Recognize Helpful People
In episode one o one, you covered giving gratitude to other developers for good things they've done. At facebook, we have a tool called tank bot that quickly became a corps part of our culture. We can write hashtag thanks with a message in post comments and chap messages on internal facebook instants. The message goes to you and your manager and is aggregated into your performance review cycle. This style of feedback can be transformative for satisfaction.
