The Importance of Property Values in a Rich City
The Bay Area is a great example of this, right? The Bay Area is now this fantastically wealthy place. Property values are unbelievably and crazy. And what are we getting from it? Like the last time a city had like some crazy economic boom, we got New York City,. You got Tokyo, you got Paris or Berlin or no London. We got like big cities full of beautiful buildings. Right now we get we get is a $5 million ranch made out of plywood. That would be a much better long term social trade or a solicitation. It may be just that people like being around a lot of the people.
