The Importance of Mindfulness in Negotiations

I teach for Goldman Sachs foundation in their 10,000 small businesses program largely and what that is really just a collective of small business owners and entrepreneurs throughout the country. I asked them to put their technology away and anything phones computers all of it so I come in as like the bad guy because I like what is she saying I can't put my phone awaySo that's the rule that is the hard pass you're in my class you have to put your phones away  and when they do that of course they're really frustrated at the beginning but by the end of the class they understand sort of what this was for.
