Premier League Recruitment - What's the Difference?

I find it really interesting, Michael, that there's never been more information about football. So given how much more of this there is, I can't get my head around the fact that clubs to my eyes still have such a low success rate in hiring managers. Outside of the obvious ones who just are amazing and do well and play win all the trophies in that middle group. They're still a very, very low success rate, even with all the information at hand. It must be so difficult at Championship League one, League two level because the teams have comparable budgets and there's just so much chaos at that level. Once you go down the pyramid I think it's a completely different situation
