Family income is correlated as your outcomes of some of the things that were used to studying as psychologists or sociologists. So more wealthier women have access to better prenatal care. They are less likely to smoke rite, read to their kids and not be doing shift work. That's really kind of burst genetics back on to the scene.

Michael speaks with University of Texas (Austin) professor of clinical psychology and Director of the Developmental Behavior Genetics Lab, Kathryn Paige Harden, about her book, The Genetic Lottery.
