Power Lifting Training in Season
In season, i actually see a bigger issue with the power lifting type of training than a lot of athletes do. I don't get them to lift as heavy when they're dong ha, full range of motion lift bot. So ther they're keeping their strength and like, maybe getting a little bit of hypotrophy or tending health or whatever with their buildings.
