Is Twitter Trying to Stop Russians From Posting Propaganda?

Twitter has taken down a network of accounts that were posting misinformation. They've also rolled out some new security features, initially in ukrane they said you could lock your profile to make it much to realy minimize the amount of information someone could get about you from it. Twitter hasn't really done a lot. It's paused advertisements in uKrane and russia. And perhaps in response to this, they say that they are being restricted in russia, that they're not fully blocked.
