The Impact of Digital Marketing on Commercial Property
I feel like a lot of people would probably be surprised to hear that as a commercial property developer, your target market is a young entrepreneur or someone young in general. I think it's both the industry's definitely changed and we focus on the end consumer, so we don't focus on necessarily the investor. So while we have a lot of investor purchases, we're really focused on how the property is going to be used by the end user. And I think this changing market has allowed us to really focus in on aesthetic properties as well as commercially functional.
