So a patient like this who was kind of getting worse, maybe you're watching their CVP and it's on the higher side. So I'd like to see that the PA pressure reduce your pulmonary vasodilators go down. The right atrial pressure also less than cardiac outlet hopefully improves. And we talked about ionic tropes. You know, how do these fall into this mix here? Is this something that as they're getting worse, you would try adding something? Are you being guided by your swan or by an echo or something like that? Yes. Exactly.
