Every day when we brew, thire's a brewer, but it's also an assistant brewer that helps to get the hops out. Because the kettle's hot you can't just go in and get em right away. The boil takes the hops you need, like english roaring boil. Why? To get all the hops into, to suck all the hop into the the wart, and have the exchange ys you need tat  and you get half a violent, violent boil.
