The Importance of Reserve Currency
In a market economy, all the dollars that get stuffed out there are dollars people want. In terms of reserve currency, again, what does that even mean? It used to be, you know, with gold, who had the most gold. And the US went into World War II with more gold than anybody, but we had no guns or boats and it took us four years to catch up. So I don't give it any weight one way or the other as being something important. Mostly the dollar is a new marere for transactions.
