The Importance of Keeping Your Foot Close to Your Center of Mass

I don't believe in trying to change the position that people land on the foot. I think more of the key things are just getting the foot close to your center of mass. So whether or not that is on your toes or it's on your heel just let it do what it naturally wants to do in that respect. For me like all of us are asking it to do something completely different in my 30s. Chris I'm on the eve of looking at my fourth decade so I've got more unraveling to do.
