Every time I read literature that is, I put this in quotes, supposed to be specific to multilingual learners, there's so many parallels for me where I'm like, oh, that reminds me very much of what I read for monolingual learners. And I think that really rang true in our conversation we had last summer with Elsa Cardenas Hagen. So if you could talk about that a little bit, and then also talking about connecting the parts, I think you mentioned like phonemes and graphemes, orthography and semantics, I think that might be really helpful to contextualize this conversation.
