what has therapy done for you in terms of em to that's the sounding b component. But isn't tit like practical, sort of mechanisms or advice that youve gonted from therapy, wor just an understanding of yourself. I guess more than anythink, as
Speaker 1
i think, it's just an understanding of myself. So i actually did last er, five days of intensive therapyi in the woods outside of nashville. Soi wase yees. I was living as living in ha little hut for for five days in kenaduna. Intense, of course. Ad i think it's just, it's so useful to urge everyone to do that. But the more you can understand how you're put together human and so much that is like the things that happen in your early life, how that informs the filters you use to see the world, means you can understand your behaviour, and means you can avoid default patterns, which are which are not helping you. So i would have default patterns which i would just fall into sconsciously, which didn't help me. So now i understand, ok, i think this way because these things happen. This is how i view the world usually. This is how i can put a better perspective on it. This is how i can then react better in certain situations. As a fost is opposed to fallowing into default patterns, which maybe didn't help me

a busy person like you. Yet, why would you what inspired you to go and take five days out of your very focused, very relentless life, selingance in a forest with a thirpist? Two very simple reasons. I want to be

the best dad that i can to my two amazing little daughters. And i want to be the best leader i can to the amazing people that work in the business. I felt, ok, the more i can understand myself, the better i can do in those two things. So i did t as much for my daughters and my team as i did it for myself. That's why i did it.
