CHAPTER

Is There a Healthy Way to Reset?

I try, it can become quite extrinsic if you start getting into the ego thing of like, so I have very strong voices undercutting any praise I ever receive about myself. So a good way to reset is just go for a walk for an hour a day without your phone,. particularly if you can walk in nature. A great way toreset is to induce what are called states of awe.
