I would say Islam is an Islamic caliphate is the biggest competitor as a model that still has large measures of tolerance and guarantee of certain communal rights, certain personal rights. For Muslims who think that, who haven't frankly gained much from liberal democracy, this is particularly attractive. But I am willing to make that it is for even the rest of the world and for Christian friends, certainly something where dialogue and learning is possible. We are talking about communities that are protected, they have rights of worship and freedom to exercise their faith but there are built-in limitations.
