The Negro Problem - A History of Black Inequality

Frederick Hoffman moved to the United States in 1884. He directed his professional efforts to the statistical analysis of Black inferiority. His research culminated in the book, The Race Traits and Tendencies of the American Negro. It was a collection of statistics, charts and wild assertions that Black people were just more prone to criminal behavior than other races.
