We hear more and more about the imperative for businesses to take positions on social and political issues, but theyre risks for them whatever they do. So i have been hearing from a lot of cos and sa sweet leaders for some time now. I've had a practice consulting with many cos around issues of race and gender bi us for a decade. But i think it's a mistake that leaders make when you don't resource the time for that kind of thinking.
