Is America a Nation of Immigrants?

If you are a large market like the United States with a relative degree of freedom, you will attract to the commercially ambitious. I don't think small poor countries get an equal quality of migrant, but the United States does. Ireland is starting to do very well, and I think that will be a very important trend for the Irish future. And just finally, on American politics, we look at from the outside, people not really understanding America anymore.
