The Art of Harmony

Our art form is to cultivate this space and recognize that we are meeting in it. I read you something from E.H. Lawrence. At the level of deepest self, people can relate to one another without mutual destruction or loss of individuality. The trying to impose unity upon diverse people at the more superficial level, whether by love, coercion, or group process, is to do violence, to make ant hills or beehives. We share the essence space behind the form, not the words, not the bodies, not the hotel, not the time, but just presence.
