There's no probabilistic notion of modus pollens, says Nicky Fyther. But he came to look, there's no such thing as a probabilistic concept of modus Tollens. So what he wants to say isn't valid and so is his argument that the official account of Sitembrelivern attacks this form of argument. He basically seems to say that's what conspiracy theorists do when they use eric data to say that the official theory is wrong.
