Psychologist David Frum says people should be able to see the context of what they're saying. He cites a famous social psychology experiment in which students read an essay written by another student and assume that it's their opinion. If you hear me say something, you assume that it is what i believe t it; we don't do this with our own opinions. We know coreans make the same mistake when reading someone else's views on issues such as nation-building or foreign policy.
