I feel like there's a lot of big things that will be happening for myself this year both from like a business and coaching standpoint and the personal standpoint too. I'm really excited to kind of like experience that I'm going to be with the help of one of my clients and athletes we're going to be hosting our own powerlifting competition now that's completely new. And then also my wife and I are going to be having our second little one and so that's going to be really exciting so I think in terms of monetarism themes for 2023 I think there's going to been a lot of growth and a lot of learning involved but most of it is going to come
