EHCPs are so, so different depending on which local authority you go to. The only one that can actually be pinned down is the standardized EHCP process. If someone has a problem regarding EHCP, whether or not the child has an EHCP and it's being denied they will get redress in a quicker way. It all sounds lovely, but it's all, it does sound kind of woolly. So it's basically then you need to think about guidelines around this. And until you actually change the system a little bit, so every child journey matters, and every school is also judged on their send provision, then you're always going to be fighting and losing
