Liscasta says there's a great case study with a company called o power, which helps utilities tailor their bills. What o power did was add a very simple m age on to people's energy bills that was designed to tap into our social nature. And what we saw from these trials was that there was, on average, two % decrease in people's household energy use. So really quite significant. I imagine this could work a bit like what i on food packaging.
