How to Tell if It's a Fix or Feature?

Scriv understands enough about the structure of both markdown and RST that it can look at that fragment and see that it is a fix or an ad. And then when it collects them together to create the change log during a release, it will put the category pieces together in the same categories go together. Another advantage, by the way, of it being understanding the markdown is that you can actually manage a change log file. You might have a change log.md. I could make a pull request and write a fragment.RST and you could make it fragment.MD.
