If i could go back and start on day one, i feel like one of the messges i would say to myself would be, like, just focus on nutrition a bit less than you ded sturt. I think it would beeng better just by as in, like, get really good at coaching and training people and make that your main thing. And then you'll spend less time on the thing that you're not even as good and you don't like as much. It's hard to be skilled at all of them, especially as skilled as you sometimes need to be when it comes to nutrition. But yes, i think these days are really stressing about netrition now. For those
