Rick the u v is three or above, be sun smart. It doesn't need to be sunny for the u v to be high. The higher the u v, the greater your risk of skin cancer. What are you up to on your day off? Tomo, rain or shine, i'm going to get a long walk in early when the U v is below three,. then lunch somewhere tasty and in the shade for when theu v is up around 11. Sounds like a great plan. Enjoy.
