Action Without Motive
Krishna says to act without attachment to the fruits of action. He must not be non violent on sentimental grounds, but rather be she sees it as his vocation in life. Now this is simply another way of saying to act without motive. Seems, of course, from our point of view, impossible that a human being should acts without motive. But so long as we have a motive, our actions are not actions. They are simply reactions.
