Conserving Oaks in the Forests of North America
Where i live here in new england, the native willows just aren't very common any more. So i spend a lot of time, like, planting willows,. And even, like, with acorns, like, i like bur oaks because they're so big and have low tannons. I also do a lot wod like hickories, because hickories are a really high calory, high fat, hi protein. We don't have to be a negative factor in these relationships with ecology.
