What's the Biggest Challenge for Leaders?
Wi: Leaders need to really get honest with themselves about the nature of their team cultures. Some people think they know what their employees are experiencing, but they don't. The second thing though, is sometimes it can be a little intimidating to ask a question that you don't really want to know the answer to. It's easier for us human beings,. i believe to just jump to the solution. Well, what does great look like? Well, what o people want? What should we go do? And i always say, we really need a pause.
