There is that huge value in peer support and having that community to bounce off almost like an extra safety net for them. So, building on communities, online ones, there's some more helpful than others, but still working on that can be very important for long-term outcomes. What was like for you as a clinician in terms of learning this more movement-optimist approach through CFT? I'm assuming you had some belief change, but if you were kind of always right all the time and never on, then that's also cool.
