In 2005 play and Scott Cook the Intuit founder he's also been a terrific friend and long time collaborator and just great human being. We wrote the first I think HBR article that really feature jobs be done called marketing malpractice. In 2006 we started to build a back base to actually prove out that jobs be done isn't just the tools that but it actually is a theory which provides us with a statement of cause and effect under certain circumstances. And so what did happen just to cut to the chase a bit is I happened to work at Nielsen for six years and Nielsen because it captures all of the data on every single new consumer product that's released in the United States, about 3500
