Parole - Ronny's Story

Ronny's been incarcerated since october of 19 76. He says he shot off the gun to break things up and accidentally killed an off duty policeman, a man named terrence loftis. Over 30 times ronny's gone before the parole board. It's kind of like going to the super bowl annually and losing every single time.
