Golf is one of the hardest sports to try and find a consistent sort of life on the road. I can exist on five or six hours sleep, but it's a sloppy afternoon when i do that. When i was playing golf, i was never a guy that could go to bed at nine o'clock as i was playing early. So i had trouble without what i was playing ad and think i didn't know enough about sleep, sleep habits and recovery in the prime of my career.
