The more you feed the bad wolf, the more it grows. Rather than disavowing it or trying to reject it completely, feed the good one too. I don't tend to like duelistic thinking because i've seen jealousy that are represented in the book very much and also shame. So i think one lesson to me is that we cant of have a love, accept the bad wolf too.
