The Importance of a Family Culture in a Business
I think a lot of people that are younger or newer in their career if you're less than 35 you haven't been through an economic time like this in your career. What we went through over the past 10 years is not necessarily normal forever so I think it's really interesting learning opportunity and something that will happen again in cycleslike it always had for since the economy has been started. So one advice that I actually have about people in your culture is that the companies who talked about their company culture as a family is a big no-no because then people feel that nothing you said before was true basically.
