What Happened to the Debt?

We were going to get hit with both deductables, becase we was going to be in the hospital for the whole week. So at the end of the day, we were looking at about ten thousand dollars over an 18 month period. And it was worse than that, george. We had the three cards, and then i ended up getting a home equity line on our home. Our furnace went down, and the credit cards were maxed. I wasn't making enough income, but before i knew it, i had ten thousand dollar balance on a home Equity line as well. The uguys owed the total consumer debt before the medical was 21, 22 thousa.
