We're all going to have to restrict, the question is where are you going to restrict? Typical binge foodslisted in the literature are almost entirely ultra process foods high in sugar. A lot of folks on a ketogenic diet don't necessarily feel hungry because they're having that higher fat. So there is restriction that will be there to improve health. And and what kind of restriction are we ok with?
